1:00 - 2:30 massed band rehearsal
2:30 - 4:30 individual band rehearsals or free time
5:00 - 7:00 Dinner
8:00 - 10:00 Concert

Please make your own travel arrangements with other band members. Due to past losses it is not possible for the band to book a bus. The fee for each member will be $70.00, and will include Saturday Continental breakfast at the WMCA, "break munchies and coffee", "meet and greet get-togethers" on Friday and Saturday evenings, a Saturday lunch, and a Saturday Banquet Dinner.
