Saskatoon Brass Band

Clinic with Queen City BB and 4:00 pm Concert

10:00AM - Arrival, meet, greet, warm up (We need volunteers to arrive at 9:45 to help with set up of the stage and education lounge for lunch)
10:30AM - Clinic begins
12:30PM - Lunch
1:45PM - Resume rehearsal
3:30PM - Conclude rehearsal

There will be a half an hour break for us to change into concert uniform and get ready for the concert. Concert uniform will be black pants, white shirt, bow tie.

4:00PM - Concert. The concert will end at about 5:00PM.

5:30PM - 6:30PM start Eric has offered up his place for a BBG party. This will give us a chance to socialize a bit with those Regina people who are able to stay on after the concert. (It is a bit of an early start because some Regina people may not be able to stay long) This will be a potluck and BYOB affair. Those attending are asked to bring some food along with them.

4:00PM - Concert. The concert will end at about 5:00PM. Clinician: Dean McNeill.

Band Members: Note: Meter parking is free on Saturday, as is parking in the student parking lot behind the Education Building.

The cost of the clinician and venue are covered by the band. Lunch will be provided at a cost of $10 per person. We would really appreciate if you would give Eric your $10 at the next rehearsal. Cash would be fine.
